Join our Grand Championship Winning BBQ team The Bovine Technicians for an in-depth and personal style of Smoking BBQ class.

This class will allow you take your Low & Slow BBQ skillset to the next level. We will cover everything from temperature control, flavour profiling & trimming selected cuts.

This is interactive hands-on class allows for plenty of opportunities for Q&A. Not to mention a 6 course feast of award winning BBQ all cooked over charcoal & wood.
