We are famous for our Traditional Double Wood Smoked Products with the Dunn family recipes that have been passed down for generations & all cooked in store. People travel far and wide to get the great natural smoke flavour and taste that we produce!

To create our Ham, Bacon, Kabana, Mettwurst, Kranskies & Chorizos we only use Sweet Bangalow Pork which is an Antibiotic Free, Hormone Free & Naturally Grown Pork from Northern Rivers Area NSW. The key to creating such a great product is to start with only the finest and freshest meat.
