22nd OVERALL. 30 teams a tough comp with some great teams happy with 3 out of 5 categories just need to be more consistent.
8th – LAMB. happy with lamb we did cutlets and lamb ribs worked well in the last two comps.

17th CHICKEN. same style of chicken we got 2nd & 3rd last two comps but that is BBQ.
18th BRISKET. best brisket we have cooked at comp just missed a few finishing touches to take it to the next level.
23rd BEEF RIBS. first time entering beef ribs it gave us a good idea of where the standard is. Sliced beef ribs next time instead of minis.
25th PORK RIBS. we simply undercooked them & didnt allow ourselves enough time another 45 minutes would of been perfect.
