Roasted Chicken Carousel

Our delightful boneless chicken carousels are easy to cook and easy to carve.. with two delicious flavours to choose from, fig & pistachio or sundried tomato, spinach, feta & prosciutto. The perfect addition to any Christmas Feast. 


  • Chicken Carousel
  • Cooking Oil
  • Roasting tray & trivet


  1. Pre heat oven to 180º C, drizzle oil over all of the skin this will help you get crispy skin, stand chicken carousel out of fridge for 30 minutes before cooking.
  2. Place Chicken Carousel on a trivet in a roasting tray and ad 2cm of water to the roasting tray
  3. Total cook time is  1 hour 30 minutes (internal temp 70º C) – 1 hour uncovered or until the skin has become crispy then remanding time covered in foil.
  4. Once cook remove chicken carousel from oven and rest for 20 minutes. Serve & enjoy.
